📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage and coordinate guest requests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist with luggage handling and room service, ensuring guest comfort and convenience.
• Provide personalized service, such as arranging special requests, coordinating tours, and managing guest preferences.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for event guests.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably as a Butler or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and industry standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
