📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with global teams to streamline the export process, from order placement to shipment delivery.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to track and manage shipments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide training and support to the export operations team to ensure high levels of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export operations or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing key customer accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
