Your daily tasks will include prospecting, lead generation, and managing client relationships, all while leveraging our proprietary CRM system and other sales tools.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and convert new business leads using CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and retention.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Set and achieve quarterly sales targets, with the potential for uncapped commission.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
