🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Familiarity with data center hardware, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
