📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
• Assist in the implementation of performance-based rewards and incentive programs.
• Monitor and track key financial metrics to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide financial support to various departments as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
