HR Executive (Employee Relations & Industrial Relations)

In this role, you'll work closely with our management team to address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to our managers and employees alike.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Address employee concerns and grievances, providing mediation and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and employee management software
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
