📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our credit-based products and services.
• Identify and engage potential customers through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, telemarketing, and direct sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing performance and customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining customers.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid SIM and KTP.
