📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth store functions, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to store managers and staff on operational best practices.
• Track and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product distribution across stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or a similar role.
