📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide first-line technical support to retail associates, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high performance and security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and update IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and IT systems.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
