In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of mechanics and technicians, scheduling maintenance tasks, and implementing cost-effective maintenance strategies. You will work closely with our drivers and logistics teams to ensure our vehicles are always in optimal condition, supporting our commitment to punctual and safe deliveries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in safe and reliable condition.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time.
• Implement and optimize maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the logistics and driver teams to ensure vehicles are maintained according to the highest standards.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for vehicle maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management, with a proven track record in optimizing maintenance programs.
• Certification in Automotive Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using fleet maintenance management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards for vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
