• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and amenities are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
• Use SAP Hygiene Monitoring to track and report on hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a high-volume hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using SAP Hygiene Monitoring and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
