Field Collection Officer - Makassar (Contract Role)
Dipo Star Finance is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Collection Officer to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in managing and resolving delinquent accounts by conducting field visits, negotiating payments, and ensuring timely collection of overdue amounts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Track and manage delinquent accounts using SAP and other financial software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collections progress and performance.
- Follow up on unresolved accounts and work with legal teams to recover outstanding amounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies and plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful collections and negotiations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
