📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain blow molding machines, including setting up and troubleshooting equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on blow molding machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Blow Molding Technician or similar role in the plastics industry.
• Proven experience with blow molding machines, preferably from manufacturers like Battenfeld or Boy.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and ISO 9001 certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with plastic materials and their properties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the Badung facility.
