📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building infrastructure.
• Inspect and repair equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and equipment logs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new facilities and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
