📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in processing payroll for our team of 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Manage employee tax deductions and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual payroll reports.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues related to payroll.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities.
• Ensure all payroll processes are completed accurately and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali.
