• Utilize educational software such as Google Classroom and Seesaw to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education through continuous professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a proven track record of success in leading educational programs.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPCE, CCEA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with educational technology and software is a valuable asset.
