📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and development of power systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power systems with other energy solutions, such as renewable energy and smart grids.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power systems, with a proven track record in strategic planning and project management.
• Certifications in SCADA systems, GIS mapping, and energy management software are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
