📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.Conduct tax planning and analysis to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.Prepare and review tax returns, including individual and corporate income tax returns, VAT returns, and other tax filings.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and proactively advise clients on changes that may impact their tax obligations.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance.Train and mentor junior team members on tax-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Identify and implement tax-saving strategies and opportunities for clients, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the engagement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and procedures, including income tax, VAT, and other indirect taxes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools, such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and tax preparation software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Familiarity with English and Indonesian languages is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
