EMBER Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient vehicle service and repair.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage vehicle scheduling and routing to meet company needs and deadlines.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all activities.,Handle any vehicle-related disputes or issues, ensuring timely resolution.,Provide training and support to new drivers and mechanics as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
