Zone Code Group is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team in Subang, Jawa Barat. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the procurement process, from sourcing to supplier payment

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Monitor supplier performance and quality

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Prepare and analyze procurement reports

Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related field

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good understanding of Indonesian market and business environment
