📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QC staff.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to production teams to improve product quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance overall quality standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading quality improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
