📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Supervise a team of cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor cash inventory and ensure proper reconciliation.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in leading a team and managing cashier operations.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash register software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in retail or customer service industry is a plus.
