📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash drawers and registers.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor cash levels and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure they meet company standards.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required.,Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,Ability to perform basic arithmetic and financial calculations.
