📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and banking operations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
