📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the café and health center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that the café and health center are clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the café or health care industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
