📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
  • Ensure smooth operations in the store, including stock management and cash handling
  • Assist in training new employees and maintaining store standards
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role (preferred but not required)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, especially in using point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
