Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term operational plans.,Implement and monitor operational budgets and cost controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or port industry.,Strong understanding of port operations and logistics.,Proven track record of successful operations management and improvement initiatives.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in operations management.
