📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables to ensure the integrity and performance of our network.
• Perform fusion splicing using specialized fusion splicers to join fiber optic cables with minimal signal loss.
• Test and troubleshoot fiber optic networks using OTDRs and other testing equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement fiber optic solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Document all work performed, including splicing, testing, and troubleshooting, to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in regular maintenance and inspection schedules to prevent network outages and ensure reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fiber optic technology and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued success of our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Certification in fiber optic splicing and testing, such as the FOSA (Fiber Optic Systems Association) certification, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment, including fusion splicers, OTDRs, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for fiber optic installation and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients and other stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
