In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics projects that support our sustainability goals. Leveraging tools like Python, R, and SQL, you will clean, process, and visualize data to uncover trends and patterns. Your insights will help us make informed decisions that align with international sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret environmental data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform sustainability strategies.
• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in environmental data analytics.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analytics tools and techniques.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that align with onsemi's sustainability and energy goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental data analysis, sustainability analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
