Gate Leaf Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you are passionate about learning and development and have a proven track record in this field, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address these needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and address learning and development needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their career development and growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Work with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
