📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop assistant store managers and staff to enhance their performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
