📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement funding strategies to support the institution's financial goals.,Identify and pursue potential funding sources, including grants, loans, and investments.,Manage and maintain relationships with funding partners and stakeholders.,Prepare and submit funding proposals, reports, and documentation.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of funded projects.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective utilization of funds.,Stay updated on industry trends and funding opportunities.,Represent the institution at funding-related events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in funding and financial management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant financial software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Islamic finance principles is a plus.
