Royal Seed Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Assist with cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.,Support the sales team by providing product information and assisting with transactions.,Perform regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning.,Assist with store promotions and events, such as setting up displays and assisting with customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or retail role.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Familiarity with retail operations and processes is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
