📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social programs that address community needs and promote sustainable development.,Lead a team of program officers and volunteers to ensure program success.,Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local businesses.,Liaise with donors and funding partners to secure resources for program implementation.,Represent BBCF at community events and conferences to advocate for our mission.,Stay updated on best practices and trends in community development and social impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social program management or community development.,Proven experience in designing and implementing community-based programs.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with community development tools and techniques.,Understanding of local governance and community dynamics in Bangka Belitung.
