JUNCTION Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure that the restaurant operates within financial constraints.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food and beverage service.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
