In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, rented out, and profitable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.,Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Negotiate and manage leases with tenants, ensuring that all agreements are legally binding and beneficial to the company.,Oversee the hiring, training, and management of property staff.,Monitor and analyze property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet the company's standards.,Attend to any issues or concerns raised by tenants, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing the property industry in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and staff.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
