📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Corporate Finance Office.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure financial stability and growth.,Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
