PT Putra Mahkota is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the success of learning and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Develop and maintain learning and development budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
