📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of a specific department within the company.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve productivity.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning.,Attend and contribute to company meetings and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
