📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
